All products sold by GiftyInk are manufactured using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology.

Every item is produced specifically after an order has been placed.

Because each product is custom-made:

Slight variations in color, print placement, size, and finishing may occur.
Product images displayed on our website are digital mockups and may differ slightly from the final printed product.
Minor variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device, or screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed.

Because every product is made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Please ensure that your shipping address, product selection, size, and color are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Production times may be longer during:

Holidays
Peak shopping seasons
High order volume
Supply chain disruptions
Force majeure events

Production estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping

Shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

7. Returns & Exchanges

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us at support@natanink.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including but not limited to artwork, graphics, illustrations, logos, product designs, photographs, product descriptions, branding, text, and website design—is the property of GiftyInk or is used under appropriate license.
