GiftyInk is a commercial brand operated through NatanInk.com. Throughout this Shipping Policy, the terms "GiftyInk," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating under the NatanInk.com domain.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology.

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery time is generally 5–8 business days, depending on your destination.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Delays

Although we work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, GiftyInk cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
